The rooms were spacious and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel offered both breakfast and dinner, which was a great convenience. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and key city attractions.
The parking situation was limited and a bit of a hassle. the walk to the hotel could be a bit challenging for those with mobility issues.

We enjoyed a comfortable and clean room. Breakfast had a decent selection of scrambled eggs, cereals, fruits, and delicious coffee. The staff was very nice and helpful. We easily found public parking at a low charge. The hotel is near a beautiful park and a funicular.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

Had a great weekend away. the hotel is in a perfect spot in the heart of the town and not too far from attractions and restaurants. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a clean shower and a comfortable bed. the staff were fantastic, courteous, and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel relaxed and were attentive to our needs. the hotel had an excellent breakfast spread with plenty of food and drink options.
The WiFi was quite slow and difficult to connect to in some parts of the hotel. It was frustrating not to be able to use the internet, especially when trying to book tickets for events.

If you're looking for a budget option in Tuscany, you might consider staying in a hotel close to the spa center. Although being in the center of town might be too noisy for some, there are a few good options. the rooms are very basic, but always clean. the staff is friendly and helpful, and all speak very good English. There's a sun terrace on the roof, and unlimited use of the internet is available for a small fee.
The breakfast options are quite limited, with no toast available.
